The Heart Cannot Speak

 The times I've tried

The times that I have cried,

The times that I have needed to say... a sentiment

This comes from the mind.

 But the heart cannot speak.

 So the many times you may have thought

For you I hadn't a care.

But if you only could hear

All that my heart has to say

 But the heart cannot speak.
